Neighboring the Grand Théâtre de Québec, Le Quarante 7, owned by Joseph Sarrazin, Yvan Ouellet, Harold Slater, Véronique Gauthier and Amélie Rhéaume-Parent, has recently undergone a major transformation: new name, new brand image and new decor. The restaurant, formerly known as the 47th Parallel, has seduced its clientele for over 20 years by the culinary creativity of its chefs who take every opportunity to broaden their horizons. The flagship of the Capitale-Nationale gastronomy, the team of Forty 7 is proud to present, despite the recent transformations, the same creative menu that has made its reputation since its beginnings.
