I wish to use my package, how to make my reservation?

I have a package that was purchased more than a year ago, is its value lost?

The date of purchase of your package is listed above the bar code of the package. Depending on the date, here is the policy that applies to your situation:

  • Packages purchased before June 30, 2009 are no longer valid, in accordance with the law.
  • For all other packages, the monetary value of your package is protected for life. This means that the amount paid for your package will never be lost. However, the service to which it entitles is no longer guaranteed one year after the date of purchase. This means that if the price of the service originally provided for your package has increased since the purchase, then the establishment is entitled to charge you for the difference in fees, if any.
  • Gift certificates of monetary value purchased after June 30, 2009 no longer have an expiry date and can be applied at any time to purchase a package or a trip to La Forfaiterie.


I lost my package / I was robbed of my package, what can I do?

If you have lost your package or if you have been stolen, contact our customer service department at 1-888-848-1518.


Can I redeem my package?

A free exchange is permitted within 30 days of the purchase of the package in a La Forfaiterie shop for a package of equal or greater value. No refund will be given for a lower value package. A credit note or a gift certificate La Forfaiterie may be issued in store for a future purchase.

After 30 days, only exchanges for another package of the same establishment are allowed. Fees may apply.


Can I get my package refunded?

Purchases made in a La Forfaiterie store are refundable to the purchaser within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, purchases are non-refundable.

Purchases made online on laforfaiterie.com are refundable before 10 am on the working day following the purchase. After this period, purchases are non-refundable. To cancel an online order, contact us at 418 780-6484 option 2 extension 105.


The institution for which I have received a package is closed

The establishment for which you received a package has closed? The monetary value of your package is protected for life. Introduce yourself in a La Forfaiterie shop with your package to exchange it for another package of your choice of equal or greater value. No refund will be given for a lower value package.
