In 1995, Mr. André Sabourin, owner and co-founder of La Forfaiterie, wanted to obtain a gift certificate for a round of golf that he wished to offer his father for Christmas ... But, no golf club was open during this winter period to sell him a gift certificate. It was only a few months later, listening to a compact disc and consulting the cover that the concept of the shops La Forfaiterie was born!

La Forfaiterie was founded at the Laurier Québec shopping mall on November 24, 1997. Since then, several boutiques have opened in various shopping centers across the province, as well as numerous outlets in travel agencies.

La Forfaiterie specializes in the sale of gift packages in the retail market. It's more than 1500 different gift packages available in stores and online. A varied offer with quality partners.
