Important notes
Not valid during the Festif de Baie-Saint-Paul, construction holidays, or on the following public holidays: Easter, National Patriots Day, Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving.
A $70 per night surcharge applies for regular weekends without a public holiday and for eligible public holidays, except during July and August.
A $100 per night surcharge applies during July and August, the Christmas holidays, and spring break.

The monetary value of our packages is guaranteed for life. After one year, the establishment may ask you to pay the price difference, if applicable.

Easy exchanges
Free exchange within 30 days. After that, you can exchange at any time for a small administrative fee.

Peace of mind
If an establishment closes, simply bring your package to a La Forfaiterie store to exchange it for another one of your choice. Any price difference applies, if applicable.

When you arrive for your visit, simply present your package on-site.
Our packages are valid anytime, subject to availability. During certain high-demand dates (holidays, special periods, or special events), the establishment may limit reservations or require an additional fee.

If any other specific conditions apply, they will be listed in the package description.
Your package is delivered by mail: within 5–7 business days via Canada Post (longer during peak periods).
For express delivery (48 business hours), select Purolator shipping.

Purchases are non-refundable, except in the event of a processing error or a non-compliant product. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase at no cost. After that, exchange fees apply.
